Shipping Rules

  • Orders ship every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–7 days after being placed, depending on our fulfillment schedule.

    If you are ordering for a special occasion, we strongly recommend planning ahead and allowing sufficient time for processing and delivery.

    Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive:

    • Next day within Southern California
    • 2 days for Northern California

Please note that delivery timing is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, or other external factors.

  • Frozen items are packed with insulated liners and dry ice to maintain proper temperature
  • Ambient items (cookies) are carefully packed to protect their delicate texture
  • If your order contains both frozen and ambient items, we will arrange the most suitable packaging to ensure everything arrives fresh and in optimal condition

Please note that :

  • Frozen shipments should be retrieved promptly upon delivery.
    We are not responsible for packages left outside for extended periods.
  • If the packaging appears damaged or compromised upon delivery, please do not consume the product and contact us immediately.
  • Products ordered together may be shipped separately
  • We do not require a signature for release
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs

 

 Shipping Rates

  • Flat shipping fee: $10 per order
  • Free shipping on orders over $110

 

Minimum Order & Order Limits

  •  Minimum order value: $40
  • Maximum order value per order: $1,000
  • Maximum quantity: up to 16 cakes per order

These limits help us minimize fulfillment and delivery errors while maintaining product quality.

Delivery Responsibility

Frozen shipments should be retrieved promptly upon delivery to maintain product quality.
We are not responsible for shipments left outside for extended periods after they are marked as delivered.

 

Dry Ice Safety

Some shipments may include dry ice to keep your cakes properly frozen during transit.
Please handle with care:

  • Do not touch dry ice with bare hands. Use gloves or wait for it to fully dissipate.
  • Keep away from children and pets. Direct contact can cause cold burns.
  • Allow dry ice to evaporate in a well-ventilated area.
    Do not dispose of it in sinks, toilets, trash bags, or sealed containers.
  • Once the dry ice has completely sublimated, all remaining packaging materials can be safely discarded or recycled where appropriate.
